can anyone tell me if there is any theme available by which i can build a blog enrolling members build their profiles who can write network with each other and earn based on their contributions

    I'm not sure if this is what you want but, you may
    want to investigate Wordpress Mu together with the
    BuddyPress plugin.

    It could be a bit more advanced than you want but
    looking at that set up might trigger a few other ideas
    for you.
