Is there a site that has the same features as aweber but is completely free?

The only thing i can consider as a real alternate to aweber is Trafficwave.net They offer better deliverability with better rates. Warrior Brian Rooney's customer support is Awesome...

i think Quantcast, constant cantact and icontact offer good free versions.
But in my opinion there is none that is better than aweber.
Myself is having a bit of problem paying the $19 per-month right now because i am not making that much from email marketing.

I guess as the list grows you should be able to pay that cost with no problem.

    Best regards.

That logic always cracks me up. Essentially, they are telling you, "You should pay more because you're able to.".

If my cell phone company tried that with my cell phone plan, I'd boot 'em to the curb. But somehow... when an autoresponder service does it, it's ok.

      Funny stuff.

Imnica mail is great and you cant beat the price - do a search in the warrior forum for "Imnica WSO". You can save over 80% of what aweber charges you and the support from Imnica is AAA+

        Hey Brian,

Did you have a suggestion for them? Or just want to say something bad about your competition

I'm an Aweber fan after trying various free and low cost alternatives.

The $20 a month is nothing when compared to the value using this system brings.

            I noticed...

Have anything to do with the fact that your service doesn't increase with list size

BTW - I use your service also

You bet. Our service price stays the same regardless of list size.

Listwire is free but has some drawbacks.

Getresponse is free up to a measly 100 subs

ImnicaMail is free up to first 1000 subs. And it is very reasonably priced thereafter.

I've been testing ImnicaMail for the past few months now and despite a few growing pains, I've really enjoyed using them. I also use Getresponse, but their consistently bad customer service over the past several years has forced me to stop growing my lists with them.

A note about Aweber: I use them and like them. However, you'd never hear me say (or see me write) that they are the best. One area that they are really lacking in is keeping their subscribers notified of any major issues they're having.

Yup, I use Imnica - they are great.

I use Aweber - they are STILL having issues with Yahoo

I use Constant Contact - They rock - but weird opt-in forms

I used iContact - they are good if you don't want to be in the IM niche

But when people are asking about "free" autoresponders I always steer them towards Imnica because you can start for free or as little as $3 a month...

In all my years of testing autoresponders I've yet to find one that even comes close.

Secondly, no serious business person would ever use a free autoresponder. Build your list properly and you can have your monthly fee paid off in 30 days or less.

MailChimp is great, but as already stated, they do have problems with affiliate marketing. I have used MailChimp and GetResponse. Also, I have a copy of Interspire Email Marketer that I use.

Tried to ask presale questions to interspire email marketer script. But they asked me to sign up for their bigcommerce trial.

The only truly free autoresponder worth using is List Wire... and yes, I'm biased, as I run the service.

None of the other services are free, and a few of the paid services recommended above actually have delivery rates lower than that of our service. (as verified by independent companies)
