Promoting on Facebook - help with "likes" "sharing" "updates", etc.

I've looked at a few websites that offer help with FB promoting.
People offer help, but I'm not sure what the differenes are or which way would be best to use for promotion on FB.
They say:
I'll give you "likes"
I'll comment on your wall
I'll get you fans
I'll invite hundreds of friends to like your website, link or page
I'll advertsing in your facebook status
I'll post your web link on my fb page
I'll share your info with my friends
I'll update my status with your info
Can you help clarify what is what? And which one would be the best offer in order to get visibilty on FB?
How they do these things?

    I'll give you "likes" - Either bots or real people will "like" your page.

    I'll comment on your wall - Either bots or real people will comment on your page.

    I'll get you fans - see first response. Fans/likes same thing.

    I'll invite hundreds of friends to like your website, link or page - They will ask their friends to "like" simply that.

    I'll advertsing in your facebook status - This is against FB terms so I'm not even going there.

    I'll post your web link on my fb page - See previous response.

    I'll share your info with my friends - Same as "I'll invite hundreds of friends..."

    I'll update my status with your info - This is against FB terms so I'm not even going there.

    Can you help clarify what is what? And which one would be the best offer in order to get visibilty on FB? - What do you want to accomplish is the question??

    How they do these things? - Computer bots or real people or they own an app that they can do this with. But most likely bots.

      Thanks for your reply. So, what's the advantage of getting alot of "likes" versus someone just seeing your FB page, but not selecting "like"?

      What's the difference between a "friend" and a "like"?

      Who can comment on someone's wall, only a "friend"?

      If someone asks their friend-A to "like" someone's page, how are they are telling friend-A about that page?

      If the friend-A goes ahead and "likes" the recommended page, does friend-A's own group of friends learn about this recommended page somehow? If so, how?

    Get some proxies and change your IP address. You can appear as several different people and promote yourself.

    I'd say go to Youtube and search the videos, you can find tutorials on Facebook Social Media Marketing there
