Getting Into PPC and Media Buying Advice

Hello Guys

For the last few years we have been selling on Ebay but calling it a day due to so many factors we don't want to bore you. Time to move onwards and upwards.

We have a dream aim to run a media company down the line with media buying being a main aspect once we have a few years of experience.

It would suit us as we need to build a mobile business as my parents live 600 miles away. They aren't getting any younger so time to build something mobile.

Our main question is how would you go about it funding wise as our Ebay profits have slowed down dramatically over the last year or so to the point of leaving it, especially as we want to be more mobile.

We are not interested in being a clickbank merchant as we feel affiliate marketing would help us move there quicker in theory.

What do you see as the best way to get the first step up as we are pretty much starting from scratch.

This may not be your average question but any advice and feedback would be grateful received.

    I would say take your time and look to take onboard as much good information as you can in the beginning. Hanging around this forum will help with that for sure.

    I would definitely reccomend you look to invest in your education before you move on to anything, you will come across stuff that you like and dont like and will start tp find a solid direction you wish to progress in.

    Many of the WSO's that come out are insane value as the secrets of the trade are given away for pennies on the dollar, yes some are good some are not so good, just a bit of trial and error really on that front.

    But back to the main point, remember knowledge is power, once you know how to do something you are in a very powerful position, it is then just a case of following through and taking action, which is where most fall down, they do nothing. Remember it is not a sprint or a race, the web wont be going anywhere sometime soon, just start small and implement whatever knowledge you gain.

    If I could reccomend one strategy for a solid web based business it would be learning to list build, once you have a list in whatever niche you can sell congruent products to that niche, whether that be your own or affiliate products.

    Best of luck enjoy the journey it sure will be worthwile when you arrive.
