Code Attached To End of URL

I would really appreciate it if someone could help me figure this out.

I have been redoing one of my websites and I started to notice a piece of code at the end of my URL's. It is a Wordpress site and didn't know if a plugin was generating this or if I am getting hacked.

Here is one of the URLs.

Can anyone tell me what the code at the end is: (#.TqlmSmDldag).

It is on all the page and post urls but not on the main url.

Thanks again for any help.

Gregg

Go into > Settings > Permalinks and check to see if that code is in the permalink. I've had that happen before. Appears to be some kind of hack job.

Fix your permalinks like suggest above and make sure that nothing weird was added to your .htaccess since a lot of plugins seem to be doing that nowadays.

Thanks for the response Suzanne and Chase. Nothing weird in my permalinks. I'll check my .htaccess file now.

Change the permalinks to being Default, click Save. Then change them back to the custom settings you have and click Save again. Just checking to see if anything weird is there doesn't always do it, it's a WordPress thing lol

Got it….. it was the "AddThis" plugin that I went into advanced settings and ticked the "track address bar shares" option.

Thanks for the help guys! Much appreciated.

No problem, 99% of the time its always a plugin or theme causing the problem
