301/302 Redirect

INTERNET MARKETING

Hi,

I haven't done redirection before, can anyone of you tell me how can I 302/301 redirect my site inner pages to the homepage (Domain).

Place this code in your .htaccess file:

redirect 301 /the-name-of-the-page.html http://www.yourdomain.com

This is assuming you aren't using a software like WordPress that has plugins for doing this.

Then that makes life much easier

Just install this plugin: WordPress › Redirection « WordPress Plugins

And follow their instructions: WordPress › Redirection « WordPress Plugins

It makes it very easy to create 301 redirects.
