Can anyone recommend a self hosted link tracking and redirection script?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone can recommend a self hosted link tracking script and/or link redirection script. Either PHP based or wordpress based?

I currently use ClickMeter.com to track my external links. I don't have sites for these links, so that's why I use clickmeter to track the success of my external links and I use them to redirect it with my affiliate links.

However something shady has been happening lately. On more than one occasion I've seen someone else using ClickMeter links in the same exact niche that I am in, on the same exact keywords that I use where there is little to no competition around. Now maybe there are other affiliates utilizing their link tracking service, but it's a little odd that I am seeing it more often in multiple different unrelated keywords that I am in. I am suspicious it could be someone working on the inside at ClickMeter poaching my campaigns.

Anyways to quell my paranoia I would love to ditch them completely, save the $30 a month and purchase my own script.
What ClickMeter is good as is seeing who clicks on your links. It doesn't matter where your links are, you can see what country, city, state, IP, organization, browser and OS types and more. Similar to what you get in Google Analytics or any other analytics, but this is data you get about your links without having a website. I think it's a great service and tool, but I want something I can manage on my own VPS server so I know my data is safe and secure.

Ideally it would be a simple script I can use the track my links to show me what country, state/province, city, and IP and keywords (if applicable) my clicks are coming from and also show it using charts or something I can export into excel would be nice and show by custom date ranges. Also I need a way to re-direct the links to another URL, and use it for link redirection for my affiliate links.

Is there any tool out there like this similar to clickmeter for external links that I can install a script on my own sever and run? Please let me know.
