How often do you post messages on your facebook like page?

I know Facebook have upped the bar on clamping down on spammers, I have read of people getting banned and not even knowing why, I just read an article that you should only really post status updates on your like page once a week.

Does anyone agree with this?

    On your Like page? Are you talking about fanpages?

    Either way, 1 post a day is not spamming especially if not every post is a link to some cpa offer. You need to engage your fans.

    I agree with browie; one post a week on your fanpage is not spamming and I post more than that... like several times a day. You don't get banned for posting on your own page. You get banned for posting on several OTHER pages in a short time span.

    When you get banned, it means you can't post or comment on other pages for some time (usually 7 days). However you can post on your page and reply to comments on your page.

    I try to post updates on my Facebook fan page at least five to six times a week. I always try to post something relevant and engaging.
