= Is my pre-launch website clear enough? =

Hi Folks Internet Marketers,

I'm in a process of a new product creation and while the product is being created, I set up a pre-launch page with the opt-in form at http://auctiondigibiz.com/

The target market is generally people who are buying loads of PLR stuff, maybe tried to create an info product themselves, but have failed to sell anything due to the lack of traffic, marketing skills etc.

The program is going to teach how to start selling with just one - two PLR/Info products on eBay - a place where the traffic is given by default, so generally they'll have to focus on choosing the right info product, optimize listings, titles etc. Plus there'll be loads of strategies given to make eBay sales target the back-end product/products. In short -- how to start selling info products without focusing mainly on traffic (which is the toughest part for any starting online seller, I guess) but on technical aspects like choosing the right product, presenting it for the best performance, design etc.

I would like to ask you guys for a favor - please quickly scan the page and tell me if it gives the exact instant impression of what it's all about - i.e. - is the target market getting the point of what's the Auction DigiBiz program is going to be all about.

Thanks a million in advance,

Rgds,

Robert

Are you only targeting people that would already know what PLR / MRR mean?

Yeah, that's a good point - I've been thinking about it for a good while...

Ideally yes - because I believe those folks who already know what PLR is and have tried to sell those products online is the hottest market. Many of them have failed and are actively searching for ways of finally starting to make some sales.

If I positioned the whole thing as just info product selling - wouldn't it be a market too broad?

This would include all IM startups etc. - but I was thinking about targeting those PLR folks specifically.

This is where I'm getting a bit confused - please could you tell me what you think?

        Then I'd redo this headline:

"I'll Take You By The Hand
And We'll Set Up Your OWN
        Online Info Business
        --> Step-By-Step! <--"

You need a more focused headline. If you're going after people who want to create info products from PLR products, you need PLR in that headline.

In fact, I'd totally rewrite that headline. It's weak to me.

"Isn't It About Time You Made Some Real Money From All That PLR?" or something along that line.

Yes - I agree 100% - right now I'm trying to cover all markets.

But I'd like to ask you Kevin - I've noticed you on the Net so I'd value your advice - were you in my place, how would you target the product - as for IM startups who are eager to start selling info products as such, or for failed PLR/MRR sellers? From my point of view I should look at the factor which market is more ready to pay, shouldn't I? So that would be the PLR market - they should be more desperate. General IM startups would more shop around, try something on their own before commiting to buy smth -- so I'd see lower CR.

          Thanks a lot in advance!

Sorry for the late reply. Was holed up in the living room, watching a horror flick with my wife.

I'd look at the market first and see where the money is. Because you do have two angles you could pursue.

With the startups eager to sell info products, you can sell it on the ease of creation -- the short route to having a product. With the PLR guys, you've got the angle of finally making money with all those unused products. My gut says go for the second, as they already know what PLR is and will be an easier sale.

              I might change this pre-heading:

"...Want To FINALLY Start Selling Private Label Rights/Info/Digital Goods?"

              to

"Are You Ready To FINALLY Start Selling Private Label Rights/Info/Digital Goods?"

as the "are You Ready" throws down a mental gauntlet. It's a bit of a challenge.

                Get rid of this link:

                "From: Robert Kukurs
                SAT Project Manager
                Info Product Seller"

It makes me curious -- what's SAT? -- and I can click away from your offer. Ouch!

                Hi Kevin,

Yes - I think so, too, and thanks for the opinion - it's always important.

You're right about this 'Are You Ready' part.

I thought this link would be a kind of a credibility booster - a person goes to my other website, sees an established business and comes back to my offer...But maybe you're right - I should focus 100% on geting the opt-ins.

I'd also have another opt-in box at the top of the page so that the people who are drawn in just by the headline can also sign upiately below the fold.
Well - another member gave me this advice - but I'm not sure about it as the person won't be warmed up enogh to subsrcribe for something...

There you go you got info from Kevin...which since I am really not an info product guy your best bet would be to listen to him.

Definitely a better headline...I actually am sick of seeing "take you by the hand" it is a phrase used way too much.

The headline he suggested is much more likely to grab my attention...

If you are focusing on people that know what PLR and MRR mean then I don't see an issue with using it. You might want to write something short about what they are just incase you can suck some others in on the offer.

You would probably be surprised about how many people will know what Master Resale Rights are and not what MRR is...maybe spell it out once for them in the sales page. If you did that already I missed it.

But I hope you get more from some other info product people here.

          .
Yeap - this is a very good point actually - MRR looks more like the MRR in medicine...

Thanks Kevin and Donald - good advice!

It's weird - but sometimes no matter how big is your experience and regardless how well you know the things - you have some kind of blackouts in your mind and you just NEED a guidance...

            Thanks!

    Hi Robert,

One other aspect to consider in your body copy is how frequently you use the word "I" as opposed to "You".

    Example:

I think you’ve started getting the picture
Another option could be a conversational question:

Are you starting to get the picture?
It is always a good idea to look at your copy from this perspective.

    Onward & Upward,

    Hi Robert,

A couple of observations that may help...

The graphics need something. Maybe break it down and number the 4 steps to show how easy it will be.
    1. Get more PLR or infoproducts - I'll show you how
    2. Follow the step-by-step blueprint
    3. Click one button to... (do what???)
    4. Earn income even when you're on the beach or asleep!

The sign up form is below "the fold" - can you repeat it at the top?

Just after "Dear entrepreneur there's a type - it shold be Master not Maste

    I don't like this paragraph...
On 1 September 2008 I will show you EXACTLY how to start your very OWN Internet info business with just selling one info product – and there’s no need for hundreds! I think you’ve started getting the picture – MOST of the info products you can get these days have been released for their authors' and resellers' benefit. But are you lost? No!

    Try this instead...
On 1 September 2008 I will show you every step to starting your very OWN Internet info business. I won't confuse you with hundreds of products and I'm not one of those who will a push a product solely for my own benefit! Instead I will show you exactly how to...

By the way - I noticed your link in the signature doesn't work - you may want to check the code.

          P.S.
May I ask you to look at my page now? http://auctiondigibiz.com/ My biggest concern is the *You Will* part. Doesn't it sound like a command? Thanks for your time - much appreciated!
