Why Sell Your Websites Here?

I just looked through the WSO and the section where sites are being sold.Seeing warriors sell sites for $25 and co bothers me because i feel they probably can sell the same site for $100 or more in places like flippa.

So i am wondering why create a site, put a preminum theme, add maybe 5 unique articles, with all the plugins in the blog only to sell it here for $25 when it can be sold at flippa for something higher?

"Can be sold at flippa" does not mean it sells for $100.

Some people prefer $25 in their pocket.

Not everyone knows to how write a good listing at Flippa or promote it well. This lack of skills results in a discounted price here. On the other hand, the theme/articles might be sold as a PLR pack multiple times if there is no domain attached.

    Hi successfulwarrior,

    Why does it bother you?

Why not buy them and flip them on Flippa for a profit yourself?

They are PLR sites and multiple copies are being sold. You don't get the domain and you don't get resell rights. They are a bargain for the newbie who wants to get a site up and running fast that looks great, but they still require that you add unique content and promote them.

Also noteworthy is that Flippa is starting to become a real pain in the Gluteus maximus. Unless you're trying to sell some big site the fees they're starting to impose can kill of your profits, so some people prefer to sell small, sub-$100 sites somewhere else.

I have experience selling sites both here and on flippa. I have had great results on both but sometimes its nice to know how much is coming in.
You can list a site on Flippa and maybe it doesn't sell first time you are $19 out of pocket plus the costs of building and promoting the site.
If you are selling sites on WF then you pay $20 to list it but you may make 10 or 20 sales from that one time $20 and you only have to pay out costs to build sites once you have the money.

Competition on flippa is very high and the number of websites on sale compared to buyers is high.

Often better to get a sale for a lower price than not at all.

I understand how you feel, if this website has at least 5 unique articles $25 is so cheap for it. But maybe the seller just trying out to see how easy to sell website. Let's just hope that eventually s/he will know the ins and outs of selling website and ask the price that due to him.
