I tried to keep these tips general, so they would be useful in
any number of formats (email newsletters, review sites, what
have you.) These may be old hat to some, but hopefully they
will get the creative juices flowing.

An' awaaay we go...

Numero 1) Use multiple links pointing to your money page.

That's four chances to get the click-thru, which I guarantee
will get you better results than a single link.



Numero 2) Make every image a clickable link. I know an Amazon
affiliate who gets at least 15% of her clicks from images (yes
she measures it, and you should too.)



Numero 3) Use benefit driven copywriting

Quick test: which ad will get more click-thru's?



If you said the second one, it's a good bet you'd be right.

Why? The second ad puts the benefit (more time to play golf)
before the features (free shipping, 25% off). No one cares
about free shipping until they know what the product will do
for them.

It's not unheard of for simple changes like that to improve
click-thru's by 100% (and sometimes much, much more.)
