How To Combine MLM With Affiliate Marketing

A friend who has a MLM-based business approached me to help them combine that with an Affiliate Marketing system to make the business even better.

I am not interested in a discussion of MLM being a scam or not, as I am not joining the MLM business. I am just trying to help combine it with an Affiliate Marketing system.

So, how do I go about this? When a customer orders product through the MLM system, they are given a code to enter into the main companies ecommerce website. That code tells the company what chain to credit wit the sale.

I need to set up a website for this person that will work on an affiliate marketing system, and then the orders processed through that website will somehow be transferred into the MLM website (as that is the only way to actually buy the product).

Any ideas how this can work?

    It can definitely work if done right. Make sure the multilevel marketing business gives authorization to such techniques.

    A good example is Amway they branched off in the Internet marketing field allowing there distributors to set up their own cookie-cutter website with their name on it which did much like what you're describing.

    Of course you will need to hire a programmer to set this all up for you, which can easily be done through Odesk it may run you between 1000 to $5000

    PS: I hope you understand. When you use the two words MLM and Scam together such as you have done it only perpetuates the belief and associates the two together.
