Public Facebook Notes? How to Do It?

I feel like such a moron. How the heck do you make facebook notes public to those not logged into facebook? What am I missing????

    If someone is not logged in to FB, how could they see your notes?

      Is it page notes or personal notes? I'd say if it was personal, you need to have all your settings saved so everyone can see everything and don't make anything private. Unfortunately I don't know about page settings but I'd like to know the answer.

    Step by step method given below: Make sure you create your note in WP or any WYSIWYG editor and make links in anchor text.
