Warrior Forum Costs Breakdown - Help Needed

What are the general costs for Warrior Forum Services?
I found that posting a WSO is $40, correct? And then to bump it is... another $40?
I've also read you need to be a War Room member ($37 lifetime) to post a WSO.
How much is a classified ad? How much to bump? Do you need to be a War room member?
I also see other things...
banner ads, etc. What do those cost and how do you even go about buying them?
Any other features I missed?
I know WSO Pro (which is 3rd party) is $19 per WSO. Is that lifetime or recurring?
