Hey Warriors,

Just wanted to toot my horn about my first real JV. I joined some giveaway events and had good jv's that way that are ongoing. One of the problems that I've had about JV's is that my list isn't big enough to really be favorable so I started coming up with different options.

I confronted another serious marketer that I met thought some giveaways and decided to probe a bit. I don't want to mention names but this marketer mailed his entire list for me, promoting a free ebook of mine that he will only make money on in the backend. I'm so gracious because within the 1st hour of this, I almost doubled my current list and my traffic stats have doubled for the day!

This has also inspired me to set up my own affiliate program for the first time. I had been putting that off (for some stupid reason) and it wasn't until I started talking to this marketer that I realized the importance of a win/win in a JV. Next time I approach someone, I WILL have the ability to offer them a way to make money for an ad swap.

I naturally expect some sales from this and I am very anxious to pay this marketer for their efforts. I'm so gracious and I can't believe how much my eyes have opened from just this one JV....many more to come!

There are a few lessons here...at least for me.

1. For the first time, I see the true power behind successful JV's and the importance of having something to offer to your potential partner.

2. I recognize that although I've been making some money doing this and getting excited about it, I haven't done squat compared to what is about to come.

This brand new year alone has already been more successful than the last 6 months of last year! I'm excited and needed to vent to someone that might need some reinforcement that this online stuff really can work.

Good luck to you all,

Craig Raphael
