Hi folks ,

l downloaded this and am happy with it.

Problem l have is when l click a link it tells me to "If you want to enable this function please check the Trust Manager preferences to disable safe reading mode'.
Can someone tell me where to find this Trust Manager please.

Cheers Murray

Why don't you use Adobe Reader? It's better than Foxit Reader. And it's free too.

l am on dialup and for some reason l keep getting an error message when it downloads so far.

Foxit l found easy to download and setup l like it.

      Just this minor problem.

      Thanks anyway.

Tools -> Preferences -> Trust Manager

I try to avoid Adobe products when I can. Watch all the crap that is loaded when you start Adobe Reader.

I've found Foxit to be a lighter, faster PDF reader.

I've had better luck with Foxit on my netbook actually. I like it. Seems to open files faster than Adobe does for me.

Foxit is the fastest but sometimes it can't handle very large files with lots of pictures or tables, I use it and have Acrobat ready for this kind of pdfs.

      I like Foxit too.

To enable links, go to 'Tools' and then 'Preferences'. Click on 'Trust Manager' and uncheck the box you find there.

I tried both Foxit and Adobe. Foxit is better if you want to read full text PDF.
If you read a full graphic PDF, Adobe is better because it's more stable.

For PDF viewing I've been using PDF-XChange Viewer. It is quick, lightweight, doesn't try to load any extra crap, and works like a champ!
