What would you buy from Amazon?

Hey guys,

I have seen there are plenty of products listed in Amazon and people across the world go to Amazon to buy products.

What do you buy from Amazon?

I buy several things from Amazon. Pretty much anything. Are you thinking of promoting Amazon products through their associate program? There are buyers in pretty much any niche that you can promote.

No. Just want to know which category people use most to buy from Amazon

Yep, same here. In fact, I probably go to Amazon first when I'm looking to buy something specific... ultimately to see what reviews have been posted on that product and compare prices.

Plus, I'm a stay@home mom with 3-year old twins, so going to the store is usually not a great option for me (unless I get a sitter or hubby can take over). But they have a program for moms, and plus... it's nice having things delivered to my front door. Spares me from the craziness of toting two kids around town.

I've bought things like microwave, toothbrush, vacuum, games, laptop desk, books and toys from the UK site.

Yesterday I ordered an art set and a guitar and keyboard and accessories, but I'm not happy with the outcome. Order time was supposed to be 3-5 days which was fine for me but once I had paid for the goods it came up on the screen that delivery for the music stuff would be between November 28th and December 31st. As they are Christmas gifts I may have to cancel and buy elsewhere, not good news for the affiliate whose link I used.

Searching for so many products made me aware that a lot of loosely related items are coming up in the searches above the items relevant to my searches making it harder or take longer to find what I was looking for. Also there are more links to other sites on the product pages, not good for Amazon affiliates.

Oh!!!! That's really bad. At least they should let people know in advance.

Books, books, and more books. Since I got my Kindle a month ago, I've also gone crazy on Kindle books - far too easy to buy "1 Click" and have them instantly on my Kindle.

I have bought other stuff, but mainly they won't ship those goods to Japan. I've had to go so far as to ship to Chris Sutton's house and get him to ship them to me, but that always leaves the smell of moonshine and pork cracklings on the package.

Also, I can only buy DVDs from Amazon Japan, due to the ridiculous regional coding thing (Something I will never understand).

I only buy books on Amazon, and that' pretty much it. I'm one of those old school people who actually still likes to go to an actual store to buy my appliances, vitamins, clothes, and everything else an actual store provides. That might change in the future, but I'm enjoying the short breaks from the computer to go to my favorite store : )

But yes, a lot of people are buying everything on Amazon, it's a great place to be an affiliate for...

I mostly just buy books from amazon, but there are tons of niches and products that you could easily dominate.

You'd be surprised how many people buy things like juicers, or fruit dehydrators, etc.

Just look for some out of the box products that aren't super general and obvious like weight loss dvd's and you're golden.

If you can find that hidden niche and attack it before others do then you can start raking in solid profits as an affiliate, even with only a smaller amount of traffic.

    Hi,

I compare prices with amazon on other sites to see the price difference and usually for kitchen gadgets, I find Amazon to have the best prices and I usually only buy if it comes from Amazon because I get free shipping and they are fast to deliver.
