Hi Warriors!

Just launched a new site. The site is not in very competitive niche. Would like to have some free traffic ideas.

    If you want free traffic ideas, then you have to get your site on 1st page of Google via SEO.

    Hey, I didn't know that such a thing exists...free traffic is a myth - either you spend money or time to get it - so it is not free at all.

    So, which one are you ready to spend and how much?

      Find targeted forums. Use signature with link to your website. Post often.

      Find blogs with High PR, put good comment and put your web on the website column.

      Use some free backlink tools available on internet.

    You could make a start by trying article marketing- submit quality articles relating to your site to article directories, this not only gives a link back to your site but if people use your article on their site you now have another link.

    If you don't want to pay and SEO company to build backlinks for you, you need to that yourself. You also need to do the onpage SEO for the site.

    Building backlinks is tedious. People use various ways to build backlinks, like blog commenting, social bookmarking, article marketing, etc. Personally, I don't have the time or inclination to do all that so I just use the Matt LaClear's (on the WF) various SEO services. You can also find people on Fiverr to do it cheap, but it is risky. If you hire someone who just indiscriminately blasts out links, it can affect your site negatively in the serps. I've seen more than one site owner post here that their sites sunk after hiring people on Fiverr.

      I think I'll give Matt LaClear's deal a try in the near future. I just discovered it not too long ago.

      There is a clear discrepancy of quality most of the time between fiverr and places like the above service, but nevertheless I have had some luck with fiverr people. You just have to spot 'em.

    Okay, maybe free in terms of no need to pay for it but of course the time you need to spend to get traffic is very vital. Targeted traffic only come from good contents and exposure to directories and Web 2.0 and it is a lot of work to do.
