Hi guys,

I'm just getting in to IM, it's fascinating. It's also clear just how important language is, it can make or break a WSO.

Are there any courses, WSO's, ebooks or anything else, that you recommend, to help somebody who's new to IM, to learn the "lingo".

I guess power of persuasion type material would be useful. I'm looking for the absolute best stuff, not the cheapest. What would you personally recommend?
