Does anyone know what script this is?

I am wondering what kind of a page or service this is?
I tried to find something on easyseo2.com or the script that is running there but could not figure out what it is or WHY it is there.
You can change the keywords at the end (currently "seo service") and will get the results of the new keywords.
If you go to phpinfo() you can get a look at something that might tell someone with more knowledge than me what the page is there for.
Just wondering if you can somehow use this for SEO purposes.
