here's some advice but I am in no a way an expert at website flipping. If you've ever heard of the site called Flippa, here's what you can do to your site to make it flip-worthy from what I've researched.

Traffic: Traffic is the main thing when it comes to flipping sites. That, and possibly the domain name. If your site has a ton of traffic then your possible clients will have a good reason to buy the site.

Proof: If you've monetized your site, it never hurts to put the results of how much you've earned from it monthly. That will show that not only does your site have a ton of traffic, but that traffic also converts.

Like I said, I'm not a flipping expert whatsoever, but maybe my advice can help

Why would you want to flip a domain that has a high amount of traffic and is converting well? That website should be passed on to your kids, once you pass away... ie never sell it. I've seen some domains for sale on eBay, but I've never had success selling any there myself.

I am familiar with flippa, but from what i heard warriors in here mentioned flippa is a good place for selling websites not domains.

I know the longer you keep the domain the higher value it got, but I am going through a big project and is wiping me out and I need to cash out, I own a website but selling it will cause me more losses than cashing my domains.

This been said, I am tried of working on multiple projects, I believe I need to get stable with one idea and work on it. I have no tension for now or later to do more than one business at a time.

I'm sorry to tell you that zero value for both domains.
I, personally, wont even renew them. However, you can try by
setting up a couple pages site, get it indexed by Google, right
few reports and list them in every free place you can. Good luck.

So you are flipping just the domain name itself? If so then I am afraid that they have little value unless they are still somehow bringing in traffic. Exact match domains without the hyphens with high exact monthly searches have high value. It also helps if there is low competition.
