Warriors (WSO Sellers) Check This Out and Help Me!

Hello Guys,

Today morning I got an email from a person asking me the download link for one of my wso, AdSense Insider. I replied asking their paypal receipt and to my surprise the buyer sent me some very interesting stuff.

She purchased it from a website adsenseinsidersecret (dot)com

If you check you can see my entire sales page there and buy now button to the paypal email ryandennler@####.com

WTH!! He is not an affiliate of mine, neither got PLR rights. When I did dig deeper, I found some very interesting stuff.. He is using the names of many warriors and sells his stuff. Check this out - ryandennler.blogspot.com

He has quoted reviews from warriors theplugindude (Aravindh), Mentor4u, Timpears and many others and even uses the images of WarriorPlus to sell his stuff..

I did contact him advising him to pull down the offer or to become an affiliate and sell it legally. He is from Malaysia I think.. I found something from his blog Name: Mohd Arif Abd Wahab
Account No: 1####807417
3rd Party Email: ryandennler@####.com (from his blog ryandennler.blogspot.com/p/order.html)

What should I do now? Wondering :rolleyes:

    If he is based in Malaysia then I am afraid there is very little we can do..Have you tried contacting his web host and file a complaint?

    Nope. I didn't do that yet. I am waiting for his reply. I've no problem he selling it by 'becoming an affiliate'. If not I may have to contact the web hosting and PayPal. Not sure if it would work.

    He is selling it via Paypal using the business name 'Ryan Dennler Marketing'. I would contact Paypal immediately and let them know he is selling illegal products - make sure you have the proof to provide for them. This will be the quickest way to get his account shut down and his money locked up. I would then contact his ISP and have them shut down his hosting account and domain asap. I would also let the admin of this forum know about this guys activity. Idiots like this need to be stopped.

      Hi there,

      Yes, I do have his paypal email too. I just wrote to PayPal showing all this. Lets see if PayPal shuts him down. But he could have done this legally by being an affiliate. I don't understand the logic behind selling it under my name there like this.

      What i find funny is he uses the name of Ryan Dennler. Yet the name he has on paypal is Pranshu Batra. Get your money back guys.

      Hopefully Paypal will shut him down.

      Yes, we should. But in the blogspot site he is selling something else (may be somebody else's wso.) I could not identify which wso is that. If someone here knows the vendor please let him/me know about it.

      That's bad, but to me it's entirely a different thing what this person is doing. The black hatters probably wouldn't have paid for your product anyway and they're offering it for free to their friends. This person is directly stealing people's work and making money off of it. It's the difference between sharing a song on a file sharing site vs. uploading the song, claiming it's yours, and making people pay for it.

    I don't know how these guys have the guts to steal other people's products and sell it as their own like that.

      Yeah, very correct. It's not worth the time either. But the irritating thing is - he has got many ways to do this legally. He can apply to be an affiliate of any offers here on the warrior forum and happily sell many wsos with the same effort. If you check his sales page and websites, he really put some time and effort to build them. Then why sell stolen stuff.. God these guys...:rolleyes:

    Hi Mervik - I have to confess I got more than a bit confused there. Sorrry. I see now that the blogspot site was just one of several.

    The good news is that the adsenseinsidersecret site has gone - for now. Watch out in case it reappears.

        I just tested it. The site is still up and when you click the Buy Button, it directs you to a paypal payment page. Man this kind of stuff ticks me off to no end.

        I wouldn't. He's already proven to have suspect morals. There's no telling what he may try and pull next. No reason to have your product / name associated with someone like that, especially for the few bucks you're liable to make.

    If i were in your shoes i would continue to pursue this with Paypal (If they care)
    and hopefully they will close his account anyway.

    I've reported this on PayPal and waiting for their reply. The thought to make him an affiliate raised as he owns that domain name and was selling the product. I fear if he comes back again after a few days and start selling it again. It would definitely gonna waste my time if he does so to pull it down again. It was just a thought though. I've no intention to do business with such a scammer. Just to make sure my product is not gonna sold again, illegally.

      Exactly. The 'now pulled down' website was very professional and he was getting traffic too.. I wonder, how on earth he wanted to sell it as stolen stuff where he can make money by selling the same stuff simply by being an affiliate. No idea..

        He probably did that in case anyone recognized your product and asked him about it, he could just say he had a resale license to it. Most folks would stop checking right there since it sounds feasible.

        The kicker... so many folks here are struggling to make money online but this guy who obviously knows how to drive traffic and convert sales is too lazy to create his own product so he just steals other people's work.

        If he used the time and effort to setup everything to rip you off on his own work he would be doing well without having to be a thief.

    There's a lot of people out there like this and I report them immediately. Just go to Google and type "report fraud".

    Also his name may actually be: Pranshu Batra

    Yeah, I agree with everybody saying not to let him off scot-free!

    This is worse than simply sharing a product for free with others on forums that I won't name, as he's not only giving away someone else's intellectual property, but taking money for it as well. Absolutely disgusting, and pure theft.

    This shows the bad side of Internet marketing... Damn it sucks, you can't go around forever chasing violators.

    For any of you guys stuck on picking a nice niche. Maybe you can start a niche on "protecting your intellectual property online", I am sure many people like the om and me are interested in it.

      I'm confused. How would you not know that he is an affilaite of yours? When I hover over the payment button it very clearly takes me straight to his Paypal account for payment so there is no way he is an affiliate of yours - unless your affiliates are allowed to keep the money from every sale?

        I think you got me wrong. I was saying he could apply to be an affiliate and sell this legally since he created a website and tries to build traffic.

        Guys, thanks for all your replies. I'm still waiting for the response from PayPal. As far as I can see, the site is down. But he is still selling some one else's stuff via the blogspot he has got. Not sure how many else out there.

    Here is how you deal with Paypal:

    #1: Screenshot his website
    #2: Document your guestimate # of sales. You have to come up with something here. Just toss in 100 units * price.
    #3: Provide a written formal statement saying you own the product being sold by this person, and you did not authorize them to resell your product. In your statement, make sure to include your sworn testimony saying there is a copyright violation. Make sure to include your name, address, relation to the product (owner), and your name signed with (Authorized electronic signature) next to it.
    #4: Summarize this all into an email to Paypal here: aupviolations@paypal.com

    Wait 72 hours

    Then call up Paypal and ask for an update to your case. Mention exactly what you emailed.

    What I've stated above works nearly 100% of the time. Paypal will always respond if you assert your legal rights.

    Once Paypal takes the account down, you can then file a civil claim in your city. List the specific Paypal account + Paypal as the defendant. Supoena the records from Paypal and lay claim to as much as you can. Attempt to get Paypal to recover all those funds directly to you.

    Note: I'm not a lawyer, don't listen to my advice, dislaimers left and right, blah blah.

    First of let me thank all you guys who posted on this thread. Second, I was surfing the net and came across two pdf downloads of his where he teaches how to use cracks, keygens, and blackhat stuff. Apparently he is still active and virtually untraceable. All these terms being new to me, I checked on the net for the meanings and then as usual checked on this forum to see if there is any mention of Ryan Dennler. So hope no Warrior is using his lessons.
