Where would you start?
Just the idea is pretty cool to me.

    I would start with outsoucing all aspects of SEO and setting up the blogs,graphics, plugins, directory submission, article marketing and some coding aspects. This will allow to move quickly from conception to implementation and execution. A lot of people get good ideas of niches and sites they would like to set up but get they get overwhelmed by the execution. Speed is of the essence and I use John Jonas replacemyself system.

    I'd get 10 micro niche sites and spend if anything left on content.

    60% : SEO (quality backlinks, article submission, etc)

    I dont mind writing or even setting up websites/blogs for my niches. For this example, I would spend 100% of the 500 bucks on SEO. I just hate doing backling.

    With that said, I just wouldnt spend that on anyone. I would find a good SEO expert here that is offering their service and use them. It would probably cost more but I know I would get the results I would be looking for.

    Well for $500 I don't think you could outsource everything. It takes time to outsource because you have to train your people and find the right type of outsourcers.

    But for me, I'd begin with outsourcing probably the most important aspect of internet marketing, traffic, but not just any traffic, FREE traffic. So things like blog commenting, articles, forums, backlinks, social media, etc.

    That would be the 1st thing to outsource and or hire out. Currently we have in house employees who run our free traffic campaigns.

    The last thing to go would be paid traffic. I'm still in charge of running our paid traffic sources because 1, I enjoy it, and 2, it's the hardest thing to let go of because I'd be giving up control of a lot of $$$, but eventually it will be outsourced, or run in house...

    I would invest 500$ in building my subscriber's list, buying 1 or 2 solo's , or targeted traffic that would add me a few hundred subscribers to my list.Of course, I would have on the thank you page, a little advertisment to a cheap offer, but also a quality one, and I would get a part of my money back.
    Then,I would do adswaps to get more subscribers.

    Don't forget, to have a list is the most important thing in any niche.This way, you won't be at Google's or another company mercy. You would be independent.

    i will buy some useful tools (xrumer, bmd, the best spinner, etc)..also i will buy some domains and try to get those domains to google first page...

    I would spend half on SEO and the other half on solo ad's to build my list.

    I wouldn't outsource article writing as it's hard to get really good quality content cheap.
