Flipping Website Question

If I have 3 sites that are 3-4 months old and have no income assets and only are set up in terms of indexed, articles on site and the domain name, would they sell for any amount of money?

Second questions if I had a site that was 8th on page 1 for a keyword with 20k hits a month but didn't have any income (as it does not have adsense and I have not made an affiliate sale yet) would this be worth selling and what should I be looking to get?

Thirdly, how does the person "get" your website, say they purchase it from flippa, what happens next?

new to website flipping....

    why aren't you monetizing it?

how much do you want for it?

    whats the domain name?

    why are you selling it?

Many different things, all good niche markets though
I am monitizing just finding it difficult to get traffic, they are monitized with affiliate offers
I really don't mind, I just wanted to know what to expect for them
Domain names are just keyword based no short ones really.
      They are making no money.

Check out Flippa.com to see what other web sites like yours are selling for.

Yes, people buy attractive already set up sites on flippa all the time that have no traffic and are making no money. It all depends what it looks like and what the buyers are looking for.

If you have your own hosting or a reseller account, you can just keep hosting it for them for a fee. Otherwise, you follow the transfer procedure your hosting company has spelled out for you.

There are some people who create and sell websites for a smaller fee but they have them on their own reseller account and just offer their clients hosting at a lower fee to save them the hassle of tranferring it or having to get hosting.

This can be a selling point for someone new to having a website who doesn't have their own hosting so would be something you would want to state in the add (if you decide to do it). Then not only do you get the fee for the website, but you get a monthly fee for the hosting.

Yes, people on Flippa will usually spend over $100 for a nice, turnkey site. The difficult part is just learning how to market those sites.

You can sell it to me

If you are really getting 20k hits a month from that keyword, I would definitely try to get it ranked higher and start getting some conversions. Much better outcome then selling it.

Assuming it is a wordpress site, you need to send over all files and the related database. You then need to push the domain to the other person's account. There is a program called wp twin that can take away the hassle. I would recommend looking at some guides online about how to transfer a site.
