This Is Why You Are a Failure...

Hi Guys,

Let's talk about goals and what you actually want.

It's a fact. Those who write down their goals and view
them daily, have a much better chance of reaching them.

Common sense right?

But here's where a lot of goal setting gurus get it wrong.

They tell you to write your goals down. They tell you to
visualise you goals as if you already have them. They tell
you to read your goals every day to re-enforce them into
your subconscious mind.

All good advice.

But get this. This kind of advice has one BIG inherit flaw.

Can you guess what it is?

Well for starters, there's no action! I mean, you can't
just sit around thinking about your goals all day and
expect anything to change can you? But this is what
these so-called gurus teach.

It's the old "Think & Grow Rich" mentality. You see, no
amount of thinking without action will ever get you closer
to reaching your goals. It's not going to happen. You've
got to actually do something; you've got to take action.

That's the key.

And here's another thing I want you to get out of this post.

Positive thinking without action is a waste of your time.
You can think positively all day long but if you don't do
a damn thing; guess what? Yep...not a damn thing will happen.

So positive expectation without justification is a load of
B.S. But, and here's the but. Positive expectation backed
up with justification will get you to where you want to be.

So what do I mean about justification?

Well, if you write down as one of your goals that you want
to bring in 100 new sales in the next month, and you've got
no way of doing so, no clear path to follow on how you're
actually gonna do it; then you're wasting your time.

However, 100 new sales is achievable if you've got a clear plan.

So don't just write your goals down. What you've got to do
is write down what actions you are going to take to achieve
them. And WHEN you will achieve them by.

It's also a good idea to share your goals with someone you
trust. This way, you're held accountable. Just make sure you
choose this person carefully. They've got to be supportive
but more importantly, they must be willing to come forward
and let you know if you're falling behind.

Because there's no use just thinking about it. Or wishing
it. No; you've got to do it.

Take Care,

Michael Silvester

P.S Why are you still sitting there? Do It Now!

Well, well, well... whatdyaknow! I NEVER thought of that. No wonder things haven't gone as I imagined.

So, you're telling me that all these 17" sheets of paper with my visions of riches scattered around my living room aren't going to work? But I put so much effort into them. I mean, years worth.

Golly. What a waste. Where was this sage advice when I started that first vision back in '98?

I was about to give up on my dreams until I read this. Guess I'd better get physical, huh?
