How Can I Improve This --> 14 Sales/$500 Earnings/1:136 Conversion/$0.27epc ???

I have had this website for a little while now and these are the figures:

Sales - 14
Earnings - $506.04
Average - $36.15
Unique Clicks - 1900
Raw Clicks - 2106
Conversion - 1:136
EPC - $0.27

Relating to the website: Rosacea Treatment | For Rosacea | Rosacea | Acne Rosacea Treatment | Acne Rosacea (Home Page PR4 and Inner Pages PR 3)

I have excellent SEO for some general and buyer keywords such as:

#1 rosacea treatment
#2 rosacea treatment

#1 for rosacea
#2 for rosacea

#1 acne rosacea treatment
#2 acne rosacea treatment

#2 rosacea
#12 rosacea

#4 acne rosacea

How can I make more money from this site?
Do I need to re-design it?
Do I need more rankings?
Should I try get some media exposure?
Should I add more products and turn it into more of a review site?
Should I make it an article directory and have my banners advertised?
Is my sales page crap and needs re-writing?

Basically I have the traffic and the rankings but the sales aren't flowing as much as I'd like them to, so I am reaching out to see what you have to say about my website to see how I can generate more income from it.

I'd like to keep the website as maybe one day I can work with a local Australian dermatologist and/or naturopath to generate a natural rosacea remedy (locally) and then change the site to a sales site with the opportunity for affiliates to jump on board... but if it doesn't start making me some more money I will probably need to sell and re-invest into another niche.

Any ideas appreciated Even if it is a JV proposal of some sort!
#&gt #> #conversion or $027epc #earnings or #improve #sales or $500

from just a quick glance, i would say you have some huge areas of opportunity in your site design.

there the 2 columns of articles is tough to read (scan) and its not immediately obvious what action you want me to take.

    1. first, you need to be building an email list so you can have a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th chance to sell to some of those 1900 people who visited your site.

    2. you need to make your desired action obvious to the user. if you are not going to do lead captue (not smart) then your page needs to naturally lead users to want to click the ad banner. you need to encourage them to do that with big headlines and bold statements about being able to solve their problem...if they click the ad and buy the solution

    3. your site design looks like it was designed for 800x640 resolution of 10 years ago.

i see lots of potential for improving your conversion rate. but i would seriously consider doing some list building.

thanks for the feedback... is there an example site that you could point me to in terms of the layout/design of how i should/might like to re-develop my site to look like to improve conversion rates? I'm happy to add an opt-in box just with the design I currently have it's hard to do so, happy to look at some sample sites so I know which direction I should head in terms of design (keeping the front page a static sales page with articles on the site for extra information and SEO purposes)
