INTERNET MARKETING

Hi,

Are there resources I can use to figure how to put together a legal/disclaimer page and a privacy policy page?

Or, should I find a lawyer to help me put these pages together?

The more important of the two is your legal / disclaimer page, and what is included there is partly dictated by what your website is about.

Using generic sources found online created by who knows who is not a good idea and has caused a few Warriors much grief.

A few places you can go for great assistance:

Internet Marketing Law Center - Membership - my site, so I'm biased - check my sig and graphic.

privacy policy - terms of use by Mike Young. I have referred clients to him.

Internet Marketing Law Products by Bob Silber. The Grand Poobah on the forum.

and I'd say just about anything else is not recommended if it does not have a specified lawyer behind it.
