How can i extract email address in my outlook express

Is there a method to extract my email addresses i have recieved in out look express at all?

    If they are in your address book you can do this:

    Go to the file menu and select export then select address book and choose to export it to a CSV file.

    Export your contacts list. I no longer use OE, but from memory it's something like File/export/contacts/export as csv

    Then you should be able to read it in excel I think
