Instead of selling products, how can you sell traffic?
Over the past year, I have built a brand new site, and have dominated the search engine rankings in a very competitive niche. According to SEMRush, my traffic is worth (if I were to buy the equivalent traffic via Adwords) about $15K - which is rising every month.
I'd either like to convert my ecommerce website into a lead generation site and sell the leads to my competitors OR sell the website to my competitors.
Anyone ever had any experience with this kind of gear shifting?
