Where can I get Wordpress Theme made?

Hi guys, where's the best place to get a wordpress theme made? Odesk or the like?

Any idea how much this would cost?

    Any freelancing sites.. But be careful and make sure you get examples of work and it is preferrable to skype with the designer to make sure you are on the same page.

    I do not have personal experience outsourcing theme design so I am sure some other members have more insightful info.

    I would recommend looking into purchasing a membership to a site like StudioPress (depending on your reasoning for needing a theme created).

    StudioPress provides the "Genesis" theme framework and provides you with a lot of included child theme designs. Their support forum is the best I've seen (present WF company excluded.
