A question re Aweber pricing...

My topic is Aweber. I have a query re their pricing.
As per the website it says the cost is:
- $1 for the 1st month.
-$19 for the months that follow.
What does the other information mean/can someone just clarify the pricing for me please?
($10, $30, $50, $100 etc, in relation to the amount of subscribers - where does the $19 fit in)
