Another question about selling on Flippa

I would like some info on selling on Flippa - i'm thinking of selling one of my websites. It's a site that requires very little intervention from myself makes around 4k a month profit (for the past 12 months , can show proof) - a good amount of traffic, a good list of 10k +, FB page with 3k users etc...
How much could i sell something like that for?
