Email Platform Recommendations for First List Mailing?
I represent a company with a double-opt-in list of IMers who have all purchased one or more IM related service or product. We have over 14k subscribers on the list and have never done an ad swap before.
Some of our principles think we should not send via our primary email system, in case of an unanticipated shut-down, even though we have proof of opt-in.
What service or company would you experienced list mailers recommend we use at this point?
We want to keep our list protected and make certain everything we do is strictly white hat. We used our own servers to collect the list and it has never been shared. We did not use any 3rd party auto-responders.
We can download the list to a provider who is economical and above board.
