youtube marketing questions

i got interested in youtube marketing after reading a post about it today
but i got some ques tions about it

some videos are onley get watched 100 time or so in 3 months and others 10000 times while its the same type of video what ( i saw this channel of a guy who had pretty good information and had released 30 vids or so (i cant remeber about what it was but the vids where good and for some reason those vids onley got 30- 60 visits in an entire year and some crappyer vids about the same subject got over a hundered visits in an week or so what is the differnce?

how do you get your traffic to your vids?

also i tried 1 to steal somoenes video but when i re uploaded under a diffrent name it didnt got approved other people can do that how do they do it ?

( dont tell me it un ectical i now that already. i just want to now how to do it pure out curiosity?) i dont like it when something false and i dont now why

    I don't know all the answers to your questions, but I'm sure if you want traffic to your videos, you need good keywords. You need keywords that it's related.

    I don't think it's possible to "steal" someone else videos.

    You Tube isn't that much different to having your own website. You can have the best content on a particular topic, but if someone else gets the traffic, they win.
    You need to optimize your videos with the right description, tags etc. You need to get comments and likes so YouTube can see that it's valuable content.
    Use the search option here and you'll find lots of posts on using You Tube.
    And stop stealing other people's videos. That's not a business or marketing strategy - it's stealing.

    Comment on other peoples videos and bring people back to your channel...Also post related video responses to peoples videos (where you leave a comment on other peoples videos there will be an option where you can post your video as a video response if they allow it)
