My sales are showing up and the analytics seems to update sometime late at night or early the following day to reflect my actual hops.

My hops are WAY down compared to the traffic coming in. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm...I thought it was just me.

NOW...sure, we could blame the lack of sales for some folks due to the economy...but the HOP CTR%?! That's just weird...

This is what has happened to me at Clickbank the last two days:

I have sold a product for several months now that normally pay me a $22.84 commission. I have sold several this month. Yesterday, I sold this same product and the commission I received was $4.10! Today, another sale and commission of $3.98.

Does anyone know what is going on? I have emailed Clickbank both times, but haven't heard back yet. Something is definitely wrong, and it's very unsettling. A slap in the face is better than a $3.98 commission when it should be $22.84!

Yes, something is amiss . . .

Thanks for the number... The thing is, I have contacted them a number of times in the past, and I have been assured that the system tracking is correct or just delayed. However, in the end there's no way for me to prove I'm losing any sales over it.

These "glitches" seem to work out over the course of a day or so. This one just seems to be taking longer.

I suggest you check

1. If the item numbers in your transaction report are different
(representing different products in the same account)

2. If the commission rate has changed - go to the product
in the Marketplace and click on 'Create Hoplink'

The difference between $3.98 and $4.10 is possibly due to a different
rate of VAT for the same item.

Tess I think I might know which product you're talking about (or else maybe one with a similar pricing structure), and if I'm correct the $4.10 is because of an exit popup (last chance offer) that offers the product for just $7. Check out the sales page and see if that's what happens.

Upon going a little more in depth and looking at the past 7 days, my HOP CTR is about 25%...

I guess it just looked bad in a snapshot of the past day or two simply because there was hardly any HOPS...perhaps it does take a few days for it to show up - time will tell - I now know how look for it and watch it more closely.

I always thought HOPS & Sales were tracked instantly...at least, IMO they SHOULD be.
