Multiple domain hosting packages

Good morning from the UK!

Whilst I've been working on my website, I've thought through other ideas for niches / domain names etc and found some available URLs which could be profitable with some work put in. I've done the preliminary work (keyword research / market competition analysis) and decided that I want to give these new ventures a try, maybe not straight away but I want to purchase and host the domains to give age / start some initial marketing.

I looked up hosting packages and saw some which offered to host up to 5 seperate URLs in one package. Has anyone used this method of hosting? I'm slightly apprehensive that the website's download speed will be unacceptable - especially if I decide to use some on-site video marketing or flash advertisements.

I'm sure that out of all the warriors on here, some have at least tried using this service.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

MZ

The popular hosts like BlueHost and HostGator have unlimited plans that allow you to host unlimited domains. I agree with Ben. Choose one of these large hosting providers so that you will get better uptime and service.

    Try stablehost.

They have a 50% off running now ( ending in a few hours ) with coupon 'newdesign'.

Shared hosting will be good for upto 10 - 15 domains depending on the traffic and CMS used. If you plan to host more than that, buy a reseller plan.

5 is nothing. Go with Hostgator and unlimited domains. In reality, nothing is unlimited, but it comes close. Unless your sites crash the server, you can have many domains with one Hostgator plan.

Like said a few times above, I'd go with Host Gator. Either the Baby plan, or the business plan.

I stared with the business plan, but it's not much different from the Baby Plan!

Not to mention, the customer support is GREAT! + The pricing beats most competition :-)
