I think first it's best for you to decide what niche you want to build a site on, whether that's based on profit or passion.

There is no best niche of PLR except for buying PLR that fits in with whatever you're already working on.

In terms of finding good PLR, though, the Warrior Forum is a good place to start as WSO rules mean that people can only sell PLR they created themselves. This doesn't guarantee it'll be good, but it does help to avoid the kind of rehashed PLR that you see in packages like "10,000 PLR articles for $1". That kind of PLR isn't what you should be looking for.

Try starting with a free sample before you buy from any PLR seller as it'll help give you a better idea of the quality of their work. Most good PLR providers will give you some free articles when you opt into their list (you can always unsubscribe right away if you don't want to receive regular emails from them)

Hi Ben there is nothing like best niche. The best niche is that in which you are interested and ready to give time and dedication.

Practically there's no best method to sell PLR or any other product, it just depends what product you have and how you are planning to market it, but usually people sell PLR products to their own mailing list or they just use it to build a buyers list.

      Hi Ben,

I would recommend looking for a niche that you're interested in first before looking for PLR. I don't think that it matters too much but I think that the great thing about PLR is that it's so flexible you can adapt it to fit your needs.

If you choose your niche first and then go looking for PLR, you will know exactly what it is you're looking for and you will be looking for which PLR will fit your needs the best. With PLR you get to put your name to it - whether that's articles, reviews, ebooks or reports - and so it's a great idea to know what you need first and mold the PLR around that instead of trying to adapt yourself to the PLR.

Only you know what your interests are and what topics you like creating content for. If you come to know exactly what you're looking for and a style that you like, you will have an easier time finding PLR. The PLR market is so diverse and varying so much in quality that it's good to have an idea exactly what you're looking for in PLR content.

I wouldn't say that it's wrong to look for PLR and then choose your strategy - but I think that it helps to lay your foundations and let PLR add to and support that.

What do you want to target as niche? Choose what you really want and you know you are able to provide information for. So buy plr according to your niche. e.g if you are in Im niche, buy im plr.

You should buy plr on your niche.
If you haven't found one do some niche research first.
Nobody is gonna tell you the most profitable niches.

I've bought plenty of PLR video courses as well as PLR articles. Don't just limit yourself to the make money online topics. There's a need for high quality PLR in all kinds of niches, and I think a shortage of good PLR without a ton of restrictions on it.

Yes people buy all kinds of PLR topics - I imagine that a web design course could be pretty popular but I definitely recommend having a search around here and seeing how people have done with similar offers.

Well... most PLR, unchanged from its original form, is virtually worthless no matter the niche.

This is because it's normally poorly devised, not well written, and anybody can swoop in and sell your exact same product.

So... a big part of the answer to your question is what niche can you take the PLR work and transform it into something people clamor to buy?

For instance... are you a "dog person" and carry with you a story about how you trained an unruly pup? Well then... a PLR product on dog training is something you can more easily sell. Thus, there's a good chance it's a more profitable niche than another.

For your first site, stick to a niche that you have an interest in. You should be able to find PLR articles for just about any niche. If you can't, you can always contact a couple of PLR sellers and ask if they would be willing to create an article pack for you. Sellers (like me) are always looking for new ideas for articles. : )

I choose to write for the following niches:

      Real estate investing
      Internet Marketing
      Dating
      Personal Development...

      because:

      1) I have experience in all of them,

      2) I am interested in learning more about them and writing PLR gives me an excuse to study the information already out there and put my notes to use, and

      3) They are hot markets where promoters can charge and make more for the products, which value passes down to me as well when finding buyers and pricing.
