Sales letter graphics

INTERNET MARKETING

I am looking for some sales letter graphics. The elements I am particularly after are:

1. Post-it note style graphics.

2. The 3D style boxes where they appear to to be slightly raised from the page at either side.

3. Some Good testimonial boxes like the ones shown here: You Will Never Change Your Life Until You Change Your Routine...
