Which site description do you think is better?

INTERNET MARKETING

The description that shows up on search engines (not the "site title", but the description)...

What do you think is better, SEO wise?

For a review site: "Review and ratings of the top 10 'widgets'"

or...

A short description such as, "Widgets are a great blah blah blah. Visit for reviews and updated information blah blah".

  Start with the subject of what they are looking for first, such as "Top 10 plugins" then how the subject will be assessed, such as "reviewed".
  
  So, something along the lines of "Top 10 Wordpress Plugins Reviewed" would be good.
