I remember my first sale was through google adwords, I bought a course and I applied the Google adwords method,I end up spending more than I earn but it gave me vision to know that making money online was a reality.

Tell me how did you make your first sale?

First sale(s) it was actually 2 in the same day that came by way of Ewen Chia's "Instant Paycheck" - I made $38

The only problem, I had bought 3 exact match domains for review sites... 2 weeks after getting traffic and a few sales, Ewen 'pulled the plug' on the project. Thus, I barely made anything.

I heard about people making money with buying and selling domains. I picked up some domains from Godaddy. The funny thing was these domains were horrible, but sure enough 2 months later I received an email from a guy wanting to buy the domain. Afterwards I turned around and sold him the rest of the domain extensions. The odds of actually having someone contact you to buy crappy domains are slim to none. It still baffles me that this guy contacted me to purchase my domains.

To be honest if it wasn't for this experience I probably would have never got into internet marketing.

Not sure, I originally got into marketing selling ad space on a gaming related site... then started a CPM gaming advertising network.

My first "sales" were using popups to get people to sign up for a company called nextcard. I popped up something that said your interest rate on your credit card was too low, sign up for nextcard. They paid me $75, if I remember right, for each approved application.

I made my first online income a bit more old school. When the web was really kicking it into gear I had a site where I offered Martial Art Products - but they had to mail in a check, then I would: cash the check, buy the products wholesales and ship them. It was SLOW and an investment on my part. Not sure that still counts as ONLINE (the sale was e-mail based). After that, I could offer ONLINE checks. I didn't make money in the beginning as I was passing my wholesale discount to the customers. However, it grew quick and inspired me to buy my own domain name for just that service. It later turned into a good side business of about $5,000 a month and I sold the Web site for $50,000 a few years later.

best feeling ever, but with regret, the market changed in UK property market, and then pulled out, but made in total around $3000 in total over 9 months, just on this single project.

but now exploring bigger and better things.

      Americaupdates,

You need to just start doing stuff. Start with Twitter and build from there. I get about 30% of my traffic from Twitter, so there's a lot to be said of that. You just have to do it right. Constantly give something of value to your followers.

You can pick up my twitter guide How to Use Twitter Effectively at Blog and Retire | Facebook

Once you get people coming to your page/website, etc, you can only go up from there!

That's a start. Good luck! Let me know if you ever have any questions.

My first dollars earned online came from adultfriendfinder by placing classified ads on free sites like CL, OLX, Backpage, MundoAnuncio.com, etc. posing as a single girl looking for a boyfriend. Put a gmail address in the ads that they could write to, and they would receive an auto-reply from the gmail account, with my affiliate link to AFF.

I used to sit for 6 to 8 hours a day, just placing free classified ads. Now I realize there are easier ways to earn online.

I got sucked into a scammy mlm type deal years ago called "big dogs" ( anyone remember that?) it led you through a process of signing up for a string of safelists and free ad sites - always upgrading to their monthly paid option of course!

The product you sold was the same "big dogs" system, naturally and people signed up under you giving you recurring income. I sold a few copies but people unsubscribed pretty quick so the monthly outgoings were much more than any income I got.

A little later I joined Terry Dean's membership site and asked him for his view of it. His reply was "get out of it right *********** now!" but not in those words! Terry dean was the first real and honest marketer I came across.

I got out of the big dogs but it's a shame it took me a couple more years to really "get" what Terry dean was teaching!

I made my first sales online from article marketing. It still works today if you provide premium content. The easiest way is to pay to have it written for you. It certainly costs more, but will pay in the long run.

I made my first online money with fiverr and forum marketing. Found a 1000 likes seller for $5, sold the likes for $27 on another internet marketing forum (not warriorforum). Made like $750 bucks off that.

I sold a click bank product with AdWords. Not much if any profit margin there. This was a long time ago when AdWords was a little easier.

As an affiliate, my first sale was a movie streaming website through ClickBank. I got the lead off of some forum.

When I was a teenager I sold a handful of CD's to buyers in the early days of Amazon.

    Hello there,
My husband and I are currently Distributors for the ViSalus Sciences company a.k.a Body by Vi. I'm loving every thing about this company. Deposited another pay check yesterday at my bank =) We are looking for people who wants to make money, lose weight, get healthy, build muscles or even donate to the many charities to children who are hungry. Remember the Visalus shake is a meal replacement and you can make 100's of recipes with it, the taste is great, smells like cake mix and have a great creamy vanilla flavor to it. So are you up for the challenge??

My first sale(s) was through a WSO that offered my article writing service. A few one-offs, and a couple of subscribers
