Teaching Webinars = Big Money!

Hey Warriors,

I recently taught an online webinar for a group of offline mlm marketers and it was a huge success. I did some basic social media marketing training and I was almost an online celebrity for a week. So how do you make more from doing free webinars? Easy, offer other services such as web design, Faceboook fan page creation, seo, etc... I personally am done with the offline marketing stuff, but the opportunity was hard to resist.

Keep you mind open for opportunities and you will see where the money is. Just be open! Anyway just a quick post of some motivation and real world examples.

    Do not let the cat out of the bag! Free webinars and also low priced webinars are great list builders. Plus, they 8 times out of 10 lead to other business in addition to the product that gets pitched. For example, I once did a Facebook webinar one week and then a LinkedIn webinar the next. I had someone ask me about a fan page during the LinkedIn webinar. At the Facebook one they were asking me how to set up the profile on LinkedIn. Funny as can be!

    Hi Michael

    It's funny because it was only yesterday I was thinking of starting up potential SEO webinar's, the main problem is tapping into the whole webinar sector and working out how exactly to get the customers.

    I have some great experience in SEO and manage to rank my domains very well, I use both natural and other techniques. How would I be able to get started in the whole webinar niche.

    I would love to get some feedback perhaps on getting the ball rolling, I guess the biggest task would be actually getting the customers.

    I have over 1,832 + Connections on my Linked in account, mostly business's and such, I guess it would be an idea to tap into them. I also have an SEO tips group on there with over 100 members so that's somewhere to start I guess.

    I am hosting a webinar for the first time in a couple of weeks. There are 20 people registered. The theme is how to build a successful coaching buz using social media.

    I am offering this one for free and am thinking of developing a workbook that I can upsell to the participants

      So in a nut shell you just need to offer something for free, then build up lists and promote the webinar to your list, are there any other ways to get the message out there.

      Would it be worth actually developing some type of domain promoting the webinar's perhaps. Just a thought, maybe there are some golden nuggets out there which are not being used.

      I would have no idea where to get started based on locating the types of keywords people would be searching for, if they are searching for webinar's that is etc....

          It comes down to whether people are actually searching for the service I guess, I'll have to do some keyword research on it. Would be interesting to see if they are looking for it.

            I get webinar invites nearl every day. I get some good information on there. What I noticed some of them are previously recorded and then automated, so you can ran 10 webinars a day withhout even atttending. pretty cool!

                I'd be curious about how you got all those MLMers on the webinar. PM me if possible! A friend has been trying to get me to join ACN or whatever it is (not interested), and now you have my wheels turning...

                  Everyone should be looking at webinars/video... there are many opportunities on youtube.. do a search on youtube and then do the same search on google.. the results will show you where the growth is... I am looking for some tools that help create great quality video that I can include in webinars... does anyone know anything about how to light a room without spending $500 to rent lights. I have looked on youtube.

    I have heard many times about Webinars. I am from India and never heard about Webinars in near my city. So, little worry why not happens here. I also asked some of my seniors if they know about any seminar program but didn't find. I want but can't arrange Webinars myself, because I first what and how to do.

    I've often been told I should do webinars. I'm still old-school enough that I prefer teaching via step-by-step pdfs...I tend to stay out of the limelight.
