I am wanting to use this plug in for my blog.
I have seen it on a lot of sites and one of my clients is requesting something similar.

Can anyone tell me where I can buy it or download it or the name of it?

    Not exactly sure what you mean but if it's the optin on the side, that's an MLSP opt-in form. He just copied the code and pasted it there.
