What's your results with Warrior Forum Ads?

I'm planning releasing my first IM software in two days and I'm looking at the 781x76 100/day banner ads right now and it looks promising.

What's your results with the banner ads? And how many clicks did it deliver to your WSO/Service page?

Mike.

There is no substitute for testing, just give it a try with different creatives.
There's only one 781x76 banner on Warriorforum , so everyone will see it clearly.

I'm interested to her about this also - in terms of the results people have had.

I uploaded a banner last night as there was a spot available. Nothing as been sent to me from WF yet though, so I assume it is pending review? How long does that take?

I've found it pretty easy to break even.

What works best seems to be advertising another page on the forum, like your paid WSO.

The hard part is getting your hands on the ad space consistently.

I don't currently have any WSO's, but was thinking of linking the ad to this deal I put up last week in the classified ads section.

My plan is to only run the ad for one day, and then remove the deal as it's getting pretty full...kind of like a 'one day remaining' type of thing.

Does that sound like a good approach, or should it really link to a WSO?

    Mike.
When the ads were first being tested (just after Kevin Riley's ad closed) we made several thousand in a few days when Allen suddenly created a banner for us and stuck it up there (surprised the hell outta us) - but mind you there were no other ads in the rotation.

Since then the traffic to the site has grown and I think there's a maximum of 10 ads in the rotation each day (I could be wrong about that).. so in my book it's well worth the small investment.
