A question about building wordpress sites..

Wondering if anyone has any suggestions on a good software program that would help me to automate the building of some wordpress sites. Preferrably not something that would require a monthly subscription. If it had the capacity to build sites apart from Wordpress that would be even better. Thanks. Michael

Here's a really good script, basically set it up on your server and build a crapo load of blogs in a very short time

cheapestadultscripts dot com they have a script called blogs Organizer and another one called Blogs Automater

I'm not selling this, it's someone that I know that has had some very good scripts over the years

You may be right on that. Let me give it a shot just doing it straight up at the website and see how it goes. Do you know if their software lets you keep track of multiple blogs as well? Just curious. Thanks for replying.

For Wordpress, once I get an install the way I like it, I use WP-Twin to clone that site across multiple domains. All of the settings are saved, but it doesn't carry over the website name or tagline (since it would be different for each of them). It works like a charm and has saved me a LOT of time in setting up websites, especially when you have lots of plugins that need configuring.

While I don't know of a truly automated way to set up WP sites more efficiently, I have found WPManage to be a great way to manage a bunch of WP sites.

      WPManage.com

      Hope that helps.

Wordpress makes our work a lot more easier. You can set it up in less than 10 minutes. .
