Hello warriors,

I am thinking of buying a software on e-book generator software (a tool that generates articles into e-books)..I am seeking experienced marketers that have or are presently using such a software. Any feedbacks..is it worth investing in one? Thanks.

If you use an ebook generator, most of those compile books into .exe files, which limits your marketplace to PC users. I only used it for one book, one time, then converted the document to PDF later.

These days, most of us avoid ebook generators and just present our content in PDF format.

I use Libre Office (the free replacement for Open Office) to compile documents into PDF format.

There are pro's and con's for each format.

One of the con's for PDF documents is that they can be distributed like candy.

One of the con's of exe files, besides limited audience, is that if your site ever goes offline (permanently or temporarily), your product dies since people can no longer get the key to open the book.

The biggest pro for PDF is 97% market penetration.

The biggest pro for exe files is that you can make them look really pretty and better protect your content.

I say go with 99centarticles.com they do ebooks too and would be better than simply making an article into an ebook, imho.

In my opinion, the best ebook generator is still MS Word + export of ebook to PDF format... there is no big protection from sharing by people, but if you do it in the right way, you could turn it to your benefit...

If you trust in Adobe, are design-savvy, and aren't afraid to drop a little cash, InDesign can be an incredibly powerful publishing tool as well.

What I have to say most of the time is probably not what you want to hear. Then again, I'm not trying to make a buck off of you either.

      Yes there is

To add my 2 cents or is it 3 cents now?

There are many good tools available to create eBooks but that doesn't mean they will make you money.

The best way to make money is to have a really good strategy and a system that you can use to make the process as easy and efficient as possible.

I'd expect a system like that will appear fairly soon.

You might want to take a look at Zinepal. It might just be what you are looking for.

Do a search on BIG G and check it out !!!!

ZINEPAL can and does transform articles, blogs and stuff into "ebooks" in several formats. It may not be what you are looking for, but it is quite amazing.
