How to find a solution for this "problem"

I recently came across keywords that are related to each other and almost all of them have high traffic for exact match , surprisingly the competition is pretty low and I can beat any competitor in that niche within few months.. the problem is I have 63 keywords..52 from them are GREAT so here is the problem.. In the website title I need to put the keywords.. I see people using the " | " to separate keywords but putting alot of keywords would make google see it as I am trying to flood the title with them..
I am thinking to use the best 4 or 5 but still that is a big loss for me.. my domain is a .org domain but doesn't have any of the keywords but the reason why I am using it because it is reg since 2000 and has more than a thousand links + around 74 .edu links and links from cbc.com .. the domain is PR4.. any suggestions?
