Quick hosting question

Hey guys, just wondering if every hosting company has the fantastico feature to install wordpress like hostgator does. going to sign up with someone,just need that feature. Thanks for your time

    Bluehost has one click wordpress install. it's not called fantastico but does the same thing

    If you are saying Like Hostgator why not going for hostgator they are the best host. I am not using shared hosting and no VPS & dedicated servers have fantastico installed.

    However installing it manually is like piece of cake and can be done very easily.

    Not all of them do but most do at at least. HostGator has bot Fantastico and QuickInstall which the developed in-house. BlueHost uses SimpleScripts along with the rest of the companies they own such as HostMonster, iPage, LunarPages, etc. GoDaddy has their own custom made as well.

    Every host I ever tried has that feature. Your best bet would be to submit a support ticket asking if they have it, before you go with any host.

    I tried hostgator and it has both fantastico and quickinstall. Easy to use. Just go for hostgator.

    HostGator's QuickInstall now offers quite a few more scripts that Fantastico and at least they stay up to date: QuickInstall « HostGator.com Support Portal

    Fantastico is notorious for not updating unstable / insecure versions of scripts.
