WSO of the day is chosen by Mike Lantz.

There is no exact algorithm but if you go through past WSOs of the day you can see some pattern.

How much more traffic depends on the WSO. It ranges from a few hundred to a few thousand sales more. These numbers are taken from my own experience and from talking to other WSO publishers.

One of my WSOs had been WSO of the day and it got 350 sales from that. Total sales on that WSO: 600+

Another of my WSOs was not WSO of the day and sold 2,500+. That means WSO of the day is nice but you can even sell more without it.

You should know that WSO of the Day is not affiliated with the Warrior Forum at all. These are chosen by a third party service provider. The emails do not go out to all members of the Warrior Forum, only those that have used that service.

Yeah Mike Lantz (warriorplus) chooses it and then mails the offer to his mailing list.
It is important to note that because of the sheer amount of traffic that he send from the one email broadcast, conversion rates usually drop dramatically so when quickly scrolling through looking for hot offers...getting WSO of the day might have affected this and might not be a true reflection of the conversion rate the sales copy is acheiving.

I have unsubscribed to this. getting 3 eamils in one day each one claiming to be WSO of the day seems a bit much

    According to Warrior Plus:

Your offer needs a clearly stated refund policy and customer service setup. The price should be "not too high" and "not too low." You need to have selected JV with 'warriorplus' (Mike Lantz's affiliate handle) in advance of launching, and you must be using Warrior Plus.

And though it's not stated, a boatload of sales helps the cause a lot too.

WSO of the day meant 500+ more sales to me back in August as Mike Lantz promotes WSO/day to his list.

You do it in the Listing Editor when you set up your WSO.

Right now you have 1748 posts and in every post you ask three or four or more questions. So let's call it 5,000 questions so far...

What do you do with the answers people take the time to give you?

          Thanks,

            i apply them of course
and am thankful to every answer i get.

I ask because I have lost some $$ in the past doing the wrong things ~ so is another reason why i ask.

oh, and just because i keep asking, it doesn' t mean that i aint making progress.

But some of the answers are for research for products to create.
-eg if make a product on podcastes, i might ask some podcaste questions.

I have heard Mike tries to pick those WSO's that make him the least amount of money.

Its all stats man from what I have been reading. I have seen a recent wso of the day that was not that good IMO but it made it. I believe it all has to do with the amount of momentum that your wso can get as far as affiliates and conversions goes. Not to mention the requirements that Mike has like a 60 day money back and stuff like that.
