Need Advice - Where Can I Find Royalty-Free Wordpress Themes

Hello,

I have a question regarding Wordpress themes. When building WP themes for clients, is there a place to purchase nice, contemporary royalty-free themes? What I mean by this is that there are no links/ads to the developer of the theme.

I am not sure this even exists, but if anyone knows of such a thing and where to find it, I would be immensely grateful!

    If it's free, there will always be links. But you can upgrade. I'm currently using Flexibility 3. It's a free WP Theme and to upgrade is $40 I think. It's nice and very customizable. Definitely worth taking a look at. If you want a bigger list of WP Free themes, search it on google. It should provide a huge list of free themes to choose from.

      Hi Jeannie!

      ALL premium WordPress themes should allow you to remove the credit links - I would never personally buy one that didn't.

      Typically free themes DO require that you keep the link(s), although I just came across an awesome free theme that doesn't. It's from "Gorilla Themes" and is called "Mountain Creek":

      In the licensing info you can see that no credit is needed!

      I realize this theme won't be well suited for every client (and certainly some modification needed depending on what market they are in) - but for a free theme I think it's pretty sharp!
