Blue Links Under Title in Google

For example, if you search "nyc seo" in Google underneath of their title you will see links to their other pages:

Services - Local SEO - Contact Us - About Us

How do I get this to show up for my websites or how do I set this up?

        No - you can see any of your sitelinks in webmaster tools, but the only control you have is to remove them from being shown. You can't initiate them.
